In 1978, Mr. Shashi Verma founded a partnership firm under the name and style of Sekhri & Verma Associates, Chartered Accountants. The said firm provided services in the fields of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Income Tax consultancy and representation, Company Law matters and professional consultancy in varied fields.
In the year 2003, Mr. Puneet Babbar joined hands with Mr. Shashi Verma to carry on the profession in partnership under the name and style of Shashi Verma & Company (“SVC” / “the Firm”). Subsequently, Mr. Yogesh Singal and Ms. Richa Verma also joined the Firm as partners.
With the infusion of experience on one hand and fresh talent and vision on the other, the firm has expanded its scope of activities. It has since earned a reputation for providing services of the highest quality with the aim of adding value to each of its clients in a totally professional, systematic and ethical manner.
