CA Shashi Vermagraduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1974.  He is the founder and senior partner of SVC.  He is practicing for last 34 years in the field of auditing, taxation, company law, accountancy and management services.

He is the foundation pillar of the firm and with his experience and expertise, provides the overall direction to the work carried out by the firm.

He has also authored various books on spirituality and has been speaker to various groups.

CA Puneet Babbar qualified as Chartered Accountant in the Year 2003 and started his professional career as Partner of SVC.  He has effectively partnered in the growth of the firm since its inception.  His forte lies in Taxation, Audits, Financial modeling, Business and Management consultancy, System Implementation etc.

He has also done MBA (Specialization in Finance).  He has effectively handled Business restructuring, NRI Portfolio Management & Investments and Start up ventures in competitive business environments.

CA Yogesh Singal, another Partner of SVC is a highly talented and competent Chartered Accountant.  He is an all-rounder and is the team leader on all Audit & Assurance assignments besides looking after Direct and Indirect Tax matters, Company Law matters and other Advisory Services.   He is the young blood in the firm and is in charge of keeping the firm in pace with the Technological and Legislative changes.

CA Richa Verma, youngest partner of the Firm, did her BA (Economics) from
St. Stephen’s College and underwent training with Ernst & Young.  She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in January 2009.  She is actively involved in developing management information system and devising budgets, business plans & reporting tools.  She also handles internal auditing & accounting assignments, international taxation matters, transfer pricing assignments, corporate & expatriate taxation matters, etc.
